Union Membership Software Pricing
Premium Member Tracking System (MTS)
Premium MTS is designed to assist your organization with the transition and setup phase of implementing a new software package. A representative of McNeil Enterprises will be on-site at your facility for 4 days. The cost of Premium MTS is $7,999.00* plus Travel Expense and includes one MTS database software license, the MTS annual maintenance agreement FREE for the 1st year, and 4 days on-site MTS installation, setup, training and procedure review.
Deluxe MTS
Deluxe MTS costs $5,499.00* and includes one MTS database software license, the MTS annual maintenance agreement FREE for the 1st year, and 24 hours of MTS Webinar Training. In most cases, McNeil Enterprises will be able to assist you with the MTS Software installation and setup remotely.
Standard MTS
Standard MTS costs $4,499.00* and includes one MTS database software license and the MTS annual maintenance agreement FREE for the 1st year. MTS Training is not included. Onsite or Webinar Training can be purchased separately.
MTS Annual Maintenance Agreement (Optional)
The MTS maintenance agreement is currently priced at $899.00 per year. Purchasing the MTS maintenance agreement entitles your organization to unlimited phone, Web conference or Internet connection support for any MTS software operational questions and MTS software upgrades available for download from our website.
Data Conversion Costs
The cost of converting your existing data into the MTS Database will depend on the type of database that the data will be extracted from and the structure of data to be converted. In most cases data conversion is possible. If you are interested in data conversion, a fixed price quote can be provided after analysis of your database.
MTS Members Website
The MTS Members Web gives members online access to MTS data, allowing them to display and change (optional) their contact information. They will be able to display certifications, open jobs (summary & detail), dispatches, work hours (summary & detail) and financial history. Members can make online payments with options to email or print receipts. Payments** are processed through PayPal and are automatically updated into MTS (MTS office staff does not have to assist in any way). The MTS Members Web is currently priced at $4,499.00*.
MTS Office Website
The MTS Office Web allows MTS office staff to access MTS members online. This can be done from anywhere you have an internet connection. After selecting the desired member, office personal can process member cash, check or credit card payments**. Receipts can be printed or emailed. The office staff can create member charges and update the member’s contact information. They can view the member’s certifications, contact history, job history and financial history. A list of members currently employed by a selected contractor is also available. MTS Office Web is currently priced at $4,499.00*.

** Many companies tell you they “take” credit cards. What happens is that you end up having to get approval for the credit card and then enter the transaction into your membership system. This is NOT true with our website processing. When a transaction is completed by a member on our web, you do NOT have to enter it manually. The website enters the transaction into the membership database AUTOMATICALLY. Do not be fooled by vendors who claim to be on-line when in actuality they require you to both process the credit card and then enter the data manually.

Server Requirements

Each MTS software package is licensed for use on a single file server. Any system, even a standard PC acting as a server can be used to host the data portion of MTS. We recommend using SQL Server 2012/2014 or SQL Server 2012/2014 Express for the MTS data. The other option is an Access Database. If SQL Server is used – please check the requirements for SQL Server 2012/2014 before the server is decided upon.
Work Station Requirements
 Windows® 8 / Windows 10
 1GHz or faster processor
 1GB RAM or greater memory
 150 MB or greater available disk space
MTS is licensed by database. This means that you may connect all your devices and workstations without any additional licensing fees.
Network Requirements
We recommend gigabit for network cards, routers, switches, etc. Hardwired networking cable is generally faster than wireless and therefore is recommended.
MTS System Standards
Interactive member lookup screens by name, social security or member ID.
Drill-down buttons simplify movement between processes.
Entry fields are color coded for easy type recognition.
Double clicking on any date field will automatically pull up an on-line calendar.
Double clicking on any drop down list will automatically pull up the controlling user-defined code table.
All screens support standard Windows® functions to minimize training requirements.

Can our existing data be converted?
In most cases, the answer is yes. McNeil Enterprises will be happy to give you a quote for data conversion.
What database options are available?
Microsoft SQL Server®, SQL Server Express® or Access®.
Is software customization available?
Yes. McNeil Enterprises can modify MTS specifically to fit your needs. We can furnish a price quote once the project is defined. MTS has been designed from the ground up to enable customization without eliminating future upgrades.
Are upgrades available?
Yes. We are continually enhancing MTS to keep pace with the requirements of the Labor Union Membership environment. Upgrades are included as part of the Annual Maintenance Agreement and may be downloaded directly from our Web site.
